I Know What I Want 4 Christmas Now.

I was talking to a buddy of mine today as I was heading to West Des Moines, and he was telling me about quizzing his 4 year old daughter on what she wanted for Christmas.  She LOVES dolls and of course that was her answer....she wanted ANOTHER doll.

Well being a typical annoying Dad, he kept needling her for something else.  He'd say, "There's GOT to be something else other than a doll, you've got WAY too many now." Finally she answered him.  She said, "OK then, I want a bathroom in MY room."

He was so taken back by her answer that he just had to sit and think about it for a while.  Wondering what would compel a 4 year old to ask for such a thing, and finally asking the inevitable...."WHY do you want a bathroom in YOUR room?"  Her reply, "So I don't have to walk all the way down to the end of the hall at night to go.....duh!"

My wife's been asking me the same question about what I want for Christmas.....I now have an answer for her thanks to a 4 year old.  And when this young lady gets in her 40's or older, she'll realize just how PERFECT her answer actually was!  lol
